As I sit here eating my chicken-flavored enchilada Smart Ones, I reminisce about my hour-or-so glimpse of heaven over the weekend. On Saturday night, Dave and I went to one of the best authentic Mexican restaurants in Minnesota, El Loro.
Yes, as we enjoyed each other's company, tortilla chips with special white sauce (aka ranch dressing) and salsa, seafood enchiladas and jumbo gold margaritas, I definitely got a glimpse of my perfect heaven.
