Isn't it annoying that if you don't exercise for a week that the next time you go to the gym it feels as if you're completely out of shape and back at square one???
Yeah, that's what happened to me yesterday! It was such a struggle to run just two miles, and I was able to run 13.1 miles just two months ago!
How do you find time and the motivation to exercise everyday, so you don't have to deal with the feeling of being completely out of shape and can feel like you're actually getting in better shape?
